El empleo directo minero ascendió a 272,423 trabajadores en enero de 2026, lo que representó un crecimiento de 10.2% respecto al personal reportado en idéntico mes del año previo (247,098 puestos de trabajo) y un nivel superior al promedio anual de 2025, informó el Ministerio de Energía y Minas (MINEM).
