MINEM: 39 rural electrification projects are underway this year and will benefit 415,000 inhabitants
The Ministry of Energy and Mines (MINEM) reported that it currently has a portfolio of 39 rural electrification projects underway during this year, 2025, in 19 regions. These projects will benefit a total population of 415,000 inhabitants in 3,838 remote and border communities.
MINEM brings electricity to more than 63,000 Peruvians so far in 2025
