CONAMIN 2026 will seek to place at the center of the debate the issues that define the future of Peruvian mining today: investment, sustainability, innovation, energy transition, governance, permitting, and the fight against illegal mining.
The sixteenth edition of National Mining Congress It will be held from June 15 to 19, 2026, at the Tecsup facilities in Trujillo, under the slogan “Responsible Mining, Progress for Peru.”.
The meeting will bring together representatives from the public sector, business leaders, investors, mining companies, suppliers, and national and international specialists, with the objective of analyzing the industry's main challenges and building proposals aimed at strengthening its competitiveness.
Juan José Herrera, president of the Master Lectures Conferences CONAMIN 2026, stated that the event aims to go beyond academic exchange and become a space for articulation in decision-making.
“We are not only seeking to present ideas. We are looking to align visions and project the future of mining as an engine of sustainable, competitive, and inclusive development for Peru,” he stated.
The organization anticipates a large turnout during the five days of the event, which will allow Trujillo to become a major meeting point for the national mining industry.
Herrera added that the participation of senior executives, authorities, and industry leaders will be key to addressing pending challenges and projecting a shared vision for the country's mining development.
